Blake Lively, 34, Flaᴜnts Sᴜper Scᴜlpted Abꜱ at New York Fashion Week

Blake Lively has been transparent about her dedicated efforts to achieve peak fitness post-pregnancy, and she recently showcased the results at New York Fashion Week. 

The 34-year-old actress graced the Michael Kors Collection Fall/Winter  fashion show donning a striking brɑ top paired with a matching pencil skirt and jacket, accentuated with red lipstick and notably toned abs. Her husband, Ryan Reynolds, shared an endearing snapshot on his Instagram Stories capturing Blake posing on the street amidst a backdrop of cartoon hearts.

However, Blake’s sculpted physique isn’t merely coincidental. Her trainer, Don Saladino, emphasized his focus on long-term fitness goals for his clients. “Every single person who does my program day in, day out finds their bodies change for the long haul,” he affirmed. 

Blake acknowledged Saladino’s influence back in 2018, crediting him for her post-pregnancy fitness journey, emphasizing the commitment and duration required for significant transformation.

Saladino provided insight into one of Blake’s rigorous workout routines, including a combination of yoga stretches and circuit training involving push-ups, broad jumps, farmer’s carries, dumbbell exercises, squats, and rows, as revealed to Harper’s Bazaar Australia. 

Despite the intensity, Blake expressed gratitude to Saladino and her other trainer, Jenny Campion, after attending the Free Guy premiere, humorously acknowledging the impact on various muscle groups.

Although she’s achieved remarkable results, Blake confessed her aversion to indoor workouts, preferring outdoor activities like dancing, cycling, hiking, and engaging in physical experiences. 

Despite her dislike for traditional gym settings, she commits to exercising with Saladino up to six days a week, as reported by Well + Good. Blake’s commitment to her fitness journey continues to inspire admiration and serves as a testament to her dedication.
