Blake Lively was spotted filming scenes for the sequel of A Simple Favor in Capri, Italy on Monday.

 The 36-year-old actress showcased a stylish and elegant appearance in white trousers paired with a matching cropped jacket.

 The backless jacket was adorned with pearls, and she adorned multiple pearl necklaces across her chest. Completing her chic ensemble, she donned a matching wide-brimmed hat and accessorized with sunglasses. 

Alongside her on set were fellow co-stars Michele Morrone and Anna Kendrick. 

The sequel, directed by Paul Feig, revisits the characters Stephanie Smothers (played by Kendrick) and Emily Nelson (played by Lively) as they journey to Capri, Italy for Emily’s lavish wedding to a wealthy Italian businessman. The plot promises a wedding filled with glamour, мystery, and betrayal.

 Kendrick expressed her enthusiasm for the sequel, noting that her character, Stephanie, has evolved but reмains true to herself. The sequel, featuring returning cast members Henry Golding, Andrew Rannells, Bashir Salahuddin, Joshua Satine, Ian Ho, and Kelly McCormack, will stream on Prime Video. 

The original film, based on a novel by Darcey Bell, revolved around the мysterious disappearance of Emily Nelson and the subsequent investigation led by her friend, Stephanie Smothers.
