Blake Lively made a striking entrance at Gigi Hadid’s birthday bash at Zero Bond in New York City last weekend, showcasing her impeccable legs!
The 34-year-old actress donned a vibrant purple Sergio Hudson mini dress paired with a bold red clutch and sky-high red heels adorned with gold accents. It was simply perfection.
But Blake’s enviable legs didn’t appear overnight. (Who can forget those soccer scenes in The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants?) So, what’s her sеcrеt to maintaining such toned legs?
One of the keys is her trainer, Don Saladino. Speaking to Womеn’s Health UK, he emphasized his approach to lifelong fitness.
“Everyone who follows my program consistently sees lasting changes in their bodies,” he said. “It’s not just about temporary weight loss; these are sustainable, long-term changes that yield results.”
Blake is a dedicated student, according to her trainer. She attentively follows his guidance and pays close attention to her body’s cues.
“We both listen to her body,” he explained. “Ultimately, there’s no one-size-fits-all approach. To achieve results, you need to be attuned to your own body.”
This means that if Blake has a particularly demanding workday and hasn’t had adequate time to rest and recover, Saladino won’t push her through a workout that could further exhaust her. It’s all about balance and listening to one’s body – a philosophy Blake embraces.
As for her diet, Saladino revealed to Cosmopolitan that Blake focuses on consuming organic, well-rounded meals comprising proteins, vegetables, fruits, slow-digesting carbohydrates like sweet potatoes, and healthy fats such as avocado, coconut oil, and grass-fed butter.
