Turning 30 is not an ordinary occasion for many, but for hard-working Blake Lively, it was just another day on the set of her new thriller, “A Simple Favor,” being filmed in Toronto, Canada.
Despite the milestone, Blake appeared joyful as she filmed scenes alongside her co-star Anna Kendrick.
She was dressed in a masculine outfit, complete with a white button-up shirt and a vibrant yellow pocket square, complemented by a navy hat and a long blue vest adorned with a golden pocket watch chain.
Adding a touch of femininity, she wore blue and white snakeskin pumps and carried an umbrella on set. Blake likely anticipated celebrating her birthday later with her husband Ryan Reynolds and their two children.
Anna Kendrick, her co-star, donned a canary yellow peacoat over a denim dress, paired with green rain boots and aqua socks.
The film, directed by Paul Feig, features Blake as Emily Nelson and Anna as Stephanie Ward, with Henry Golding playing Sean Nelson.
Based on Darcey Bell’s novel, “A Simple Favor” is a post-modern film noir set for release in 2018, although the exact date hasn’t been revealed yet.
