Dua Lipa looked like she had just stepped out of The Matrix as she strolled through New York City on Tuesday.
The global star, who is set to embark on her first stadium tour in 2024, was seen wearing nearly all black leather while enjoying lunch in the Big Apple.
The 28-year-old hitmaker wore an oversized vintage black leather coat paired with black and white leather pants featuring an elastic waist and drawstring, along with high heel boots.
Her long red hair was parted in the middle and styled in loose waves.
Her makeup was natural, with a hint of blush and a soft pink lip.
The Grammy winner accessorized with large jeweled hoop earrings and dark sunglasses.
The New Rules singer carried a large black leather valise identified by Vogue as a classic Hermès Birkin bag, embellished with keys and personal touches.
Her song “Dance The Night” from the Barbie soundtrack has been nominated for Grammy awards in the categories of Song of the Year and Best Song Written for Visual Media, both honoring songwriters.
Mark Ronson, the soundtrack’s producer, praised Dua’s dedication and her willingness to perfect the song. “We rewrote Dance the Night so many times to match the picture,” he told Variety.
