At the New York City premiere of the family comedy IF on Monday evening, Ryan Reynolds exuded his usual suaveness.

The 47-year-old actor sported a mustard yellow jacket with black accents, adding to his recent acclaim for his collaboration with Michael J. Fox.

Blake Lively’s husband layered the outerwear over a white T-shirt, paired with black dress shoes and fitted black pants. His ensemble was completed with thick black-rimmed glasses.

Ryan Reynolds made a dashing appearance at the premiere of his latest project, the family comedy IF, in New York City on Monday evening.

Co-produced by John Krasinski and Ryan Reynolds, IF is a comedy centered around Bea (played by Cailey Fleming), a teenager with the unique ability to see imaginary friends.

John Krasinski, who wrote and directed the film, stars as Bea’s father, alongside Reynolds as Cal, Bea’s neighbor who shares her ability to see imaginary friends.

The star-studded cast also includes Steve Carell, Bradley Cooper, George Clooney, and Emily Blunt, among others.

IF is set to hit theaters on May 17, following its release in December 2023.

The premiere, held at the SVA Theatre in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood, saw Reynolds posing alongside director John Krasinski, who opted for a classic black ensemble.
