Unfazed by bold cutouts and daring fashion choices, Emily Ratajkowski made a striking statement at the Vanity Fair Oscars after-party in a Jacquemus Spring/Summer ’23 ready-to-wear ivory gown. The sculptural design clung to her figure along the skirt, but the strapless top took center stage with its diagonal square neckline, revealing a tasteful glimpse of sideboob.
Although the top of the gown, reminiscent of a plaster casting, didn’t physically touch Ratajkowski’s torso, it created a bust-like silhouette, lending a statuesque quality to the ensemble. The dress’s rigid structure was softened by a spiraling piece of white tulle stitched along the side, forming a heavenly train behind the My Body author.
Complementing the gown, Ratajkowski opted for towering white heels, visible through a small slit at the back of the skirt. Enhancing the overall elegance, she adorned herself with dainty diamond teardrop earrings. Unlike the runway version featuring a tulle veil over the model’s face, Ratajkowski chose to leave her face uncovered. Her understated beauty featured a middle-parted hairstyle and subtle makeup with light pink blush and eye shadow, harmonizing with her lips.
