Dua Lipa found herself caught in a heavy downpour while on a massive shopping spree on Monday, with her assistant handling all the bags.
The 27-year-old singer looked casually chic as she visited Bottega Veneta on London’s Sloane Street, pairing a vinyl jacket with denim shorts and knee-high Chanel boots. She styled her hair in a sleek 90s-inspired updo for the outing.
Her assistant walked beside her, carrying two large, bright green shopping bags from the fashion house. In an interview with Fearne Cotton on the Happy Place podcast, Dua shared, “My friends and family keep me extremely grounded. I can sit at a table and I’m not the most important one, and I never want to be. I have friends around all the time – they’ll ignore me in my own house. That’s exactly where I want to be – this is perfect. My job is extraordinary, but I like to think of my life as normal.”
In May, Dua and Rita Ora’s ex Romain Gavras, 41, appeared very much in love as they made their red carpet debut at the 76th Annual Cannes Film Festival. The couple, who had previously kept their relationship very private, displayed plenty of affection at the screening of “Omar La Fraise (The King Of Algiers).”
Dua had more to celebrate during the trip, as it was revealed she had secured her biggest brand deal to date, becoming the new face of Porsche. Dua, who already boasts a string of Һιt singles, a fashion line with Versace, and a successful podcast, will now embark on this new project. According to The Sun, she was previously the face of luxury car company Jaguar and has now been offered a seven-figure sum to close the deal with Porsche.
