Dua Lipa walked the red carpet at the ACM ceremony in a chic black floor-length gown thɑt looked like a modern version of a 1930s flapper dress

Before surprising everyone with her ᴜnexpected appearance, Dua Lipa graced the red carpet at the ACM ceremony in a stylish black floor-length gown reminiscent of a modern 1930s flapper dress. The bodice was sheer, adorned with beads, sequins, and black crystals in an art deco design, while the skirt featured a silky column design with subtle pleats. She accessorized with diamond jewelry and sported a spiky hairstyle.

Interestingly, the ACM Awards duet was Lipa’s idea—according to Rolling Stone, she reached out to Chris Stapleton, and they rehearsed for two days. Earlier this month, the “Training Season” singer also wowed a different crowd with a stunning performance of her latest hits from her new album Radical Optimism in New York City’s Times Square.
