Kim Zolciak and her estranged husband Kroy Biermann have listed their Milton, Georgia mansion for $6 million amid significant financial issues, including an impending foreclosure. The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum, 45, and the former NFL player, 38, originally purchased the seven-bedroom, 11-bathroom home in 2012 for $880,000. If the couple secures the asking price, they will make a profit, but time is critical as the property is slated for foreclosure in November.
Built in 2008 and located on a golf course, the mansion boasts numerous amenities, including a pool, gym, movie theater, bar, wine cellar, and arcade. The lavish home, featured on Zolciak’s Bravo spinoff Don’t Be Tardy, has a gated entrance, motor court, and two-story foyer with a curved staircase. The kitchen features a large island, custom cabinets, and Sub-Zero/Wolf appliances. The main suite includes a sitting room, fireplace, bathtub, shower, and walk-in closet. Outside, a covered veranda overlooks a heated pool, spa, and in-ground trampoline.
Biermann filed legal documents in September requesting the court allow the sale of the mansion due to the impending foreclosure. The couple has faced significant financial and relationship difficulties, having initially split in May, reconciled, and split again multiple times. Biermann accused Zolciak of squandering $1.5 million on gambling, calling her a “compulsive behavior addict.” He claimed she had lost $700,000 in the past two and a half years alone.
In a police incident report from May, Zolciak accused Biermann of locking away valuable items worth $175,000, including designer purses and jewelry. Biermann defended his actions, stating the items were community property and that there were no other assets available. He further alleged that Zolciak’s gambling habit had decimated their finances and involved some illegal activities.
Despite the turmoil, Zolciak recently sold some of her daughter Brielle Biermann’s designer goods to raise funds, with prices reaching up to $20,000. The couple had both sought sole custody of their four younger children during their initial separation. Zolciak criticized Biermann’s marijuana use, while Biermann emphasized Zolciak’s gambling as detrimental to her parenting and their finances.
In July, the couple withdrew their divorce papers, attempting reconciliation and were seen attending church together in Atlanta. Zolciak, who gained fame on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, extended her reality TV presence with Don’t Be Tardy and competed on Dancing with the Stars in 2015.
