Ryan Reynolds made a stylish appearance at the New York City premiere of his new family comedy IF on Monday evening.
The 47-year-old actor — who recently praised Michael J. Fox — wore a mustard yellow jacket with black accents.
The father-of-four, who is married to Blake Lively, layered the outerwear over a white T-shirt.
He wore thick, black-rimmed eyeglasses as well as slim-fitting black trousers and black dress shoes.
The entrepreneur’s dark hair was neatly cut short and he looked handsome with a shadow of a beard.
Ryan co-produced the upcoming film alongside John Krasinski.
John, 44, also directed and wrote the comedy, which stars Cailey Fleming as Bea, a girl who can see people’s imaginary friends — aka ‘IFs.’
Ryan plays the role of Bea’s neighbor, Cal, who has the same ability to see IFs, while John portrays Bea’s dad.
Also in the movie are Krasinski’s wife Emily Blunt, George Clooney, Bradley Cooper, and Steve Carell.
Moviegoers can also expect to see Amy Schumer, Matt Damon, Sam Rockwell, and Maya Rudolph.
The first trailer for the film was released in December 2023, and it comes out in theaters on May 17.
The feature comes on the heels of Krasinski’s success as writer, director and producer of A Quiet Place and the sequel A Quiet Place Part II.
The premiere on Monday evening was held at the SVA Theatre in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan.
