Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds turned heads with their affectionate display as they attended their close friend Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour for a second consecutive night in Spain. The “Deadpool” star, 47, joined his famous wife at Madrid’s Estadio Santiago Bernabéu Stadium to watch the 14-time Grammy winner perform on Thursday night.
Eagle-eyed fans spotted the couple, who have been married since 2012, sharing a romantic kiss in the crowd ahead of the sold-out concert. The previous night, they were seen in the same section, accompanied by their eldest daughters: James, 9, Inez, 7, and Betty, 4.
The family outing was made even more special when Swift gave a heartfelt shout-out to the couple’s children while introducing her 8th studio album “Folklore” to the audience. In a TikTok video, Swift is heard saying, “I have to say that on ‘Folklore,’ some of my favorite characters are named James, Inez and Betty,” followed by a giggle. Swift famously used the names of Lively and Reynolds’ daughters in her songs, with the track “Betty” from her 2020 album “Folklore” detailing a love triangle between characters James, Inez, and Betty. Additionally, her 2017 “Reputation” album features a voice recording of James on the song “Gorgeous.”
Lively, 36, and Reynolds’ daughters experienced the thrill of hearing Swift mention them live as they enjoyed the record-breaking, three-hour show in the VIP section with their parents.
Before their trip to Spain, Reynolds shared his excitement about attending Swift’s concert during a May 13 appearance on “Today with Hoda & Jenna.” “I’m about to go to the Madrid show,” he said. “This will be my first because this last year and a half I’ve been trapped in a nonstop work bubble and it’s a problem. My wife and kids have been to five of them, five or six now. They love it, they’re obsessed.”
Swift, 34, has maintained a close relationship with the Hollywood couple for years, often seen hanging out with the “Gossip Girl” alum in New York City.
