Blake Lively turned heads at Spike TV’s “Scream 2010” Awards held at LA’s Greek Theatre on Saturday, October 16. The 23-year-old Gossip Girl actress graced the stage to present the award for Most Anticipated Movie to her co-star Ryan Reynolds, who won for their upcoming superhero film, Green Lantern. Ryan looked dapper in a Band of Outsiders jacket.

Blake wowed the audience with her ensemble, featuring pieces from Lanvin’s Spring/Summer 2011 collection. She wore a striking bodysuit paired with a long silk skirt, complemented by a caramel leather harness. 

Adding a touch of sparkle, she adorned her outfit with a crystal and pearl insect brooch. Her look was completed with natural studded leather and metal sandals. Remarkably, this stunning collection had debuted less than a month ago!
