Tools of the trade, including a ladder, a worker’s table, and slabs of wood, were visible beneath the wrap-around balcony. However, the specific nature of the refurbishments remains unclear, and Foxx’s representative did not respond to inquiries from Page Six.

The “Ray” actor, 55, reportedly purchased the Mediterranean-style villa in 2007, which is situated on 40 acres of land and offers panoramic mountain views.
